Made in white lime, wrought iron wood and stone, since the renovation of 30 years ago, in the way of the fascinating XVI century Arab architecture, nothing is left to chance here: every area and room is dedicated to joy and sea watching. The seaside village town resort of Praiano nearby, with its excellent fish restaurants, provides a perfect backdrop to this property, a cosy villa with eclectic interiors, enjoyable alfresco areas and a spectacular view of the sea. The bedrooms are decorated in Amalfi coast style with washed walls in vivid shades, contemporary fabrics, books and items, which lend a personal touch. The extension of the Wi-Fi is the first floor and part of the swimming pool. The interior of the property measures 500 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 6 adults, 1 child (from 2 to 9 years old) and 1 extra friend or staff in a bedroom without air conditioning. Best used for 6 people, total. The estate includes 200 square meters of private terraces.

The home design, approached with research in the property historical contexts, results in a classic Greek-Mediterranean style with limestone, terracotta floors, quality washed wooden boards and marble. Vaulted wood-beamed ceilings lend a rustic feel to the interiors. Classic and comfortable, this is a bohemian-chic retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe.

The villa was built on multiple levels creating terraces partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and lemon trees. Deck chairs, external shower, wooden benches with tables and chairs, and two sun-beds are the amenity of the exteriors. A brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza is equipped with an external kitchenette.

From the terraces a splendid view of the sea can be enjoyed, from Praiano to the Amalfi coast and of the small Li Galli Islands in the distance. The property also comes with parking space for 2 cars.
