The villa accommodates up to 8 adults. A luxury villa in a fantastic location only 450m from the beach and 200m from the centre of Santa Eulalia. The location couldn’t be better, within a quiet residential area and just a couple of minutes stroll into the centre of Santa Eulalia with its restaurants, shops and of course the beach! The swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m is surrounded by lawns and terraces where you will find sun loungers and parasols as well as a raised platform with a swinging chair for lounging. The fully enclosed gardens also include a wonderful covered terrace, with dining table and chairs for eight/ten people, outside lighting for al fresco evenings and a gas BBQ. Inside, the ground floor is open plan with high ceilings and a feeling of light and space throughout. There are large glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and the outdoor dining area, while the open stairs lead up to a galleried landing overlooking the lounge. There is also a guest WC. The lounge is spacious, bright and beautifully styled. It includes a large comfortable sofa, a fireplace, flat screen smart TV (with Free View & Apple TV), DVD player, iPod docking station and CD player. The modern, fully fitted kitchen has been beautifully designed, furnished with white and stainless steel throughout. The kitchen features everything you would expect from a well-equipped holiday home including, an oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a laundry room for your convenience featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
